TheLacHouse is designed to tread lightly on the Earth, and to be self sufficient. The small systems-built house is currently in Design Development, and will soon be available as a one bedroom, two bedroom, or three bedroom / one bath with a full kitchen, for approximately $75/Sq. Ft. turn-key (lot and site utilities not included).
